Support Agreement

A support agreement is your assurance that you will always get priority response and any questions regarding the usage of your CAT system will always be answered promptly and accurately.  Services covered by your support agreement include:

  • Voice support for your nominated CAT Administrator

  • Email support for the rest of your staff

  • On line training for your nominated  CAT Administrator

  • Upgrades of standard systems with no charge for software

  • Regular newsletters that keep you informed about CAT Software developments and industry news.

  • Significant discounts on other CAT products and services.

License Fees

 

License fees only apply if you do not have a support agreement.  Generally license fees will be 10% of your software purchase for as long as you continue to use CAT software for a maximum of three years. Services covered by your license agreement include access to the Email ask and answer support service and upgrades of standard systems with no cost for software.
